Formula 11 specialise in producing high quality plastic packaging using a variety of substrates, including PVC, PET, polypropylene and lenticular PETG. Whether printed onto a clear,frosted or white material, from full colour UV  litho to foil blocking, retail brands can greatly benefit from the excellent on-shelf impact created by printed plastic packaging.

Formula 11 can offer advice on initial design concepts using our vast experience of printing on plastic. We are able to provide screen graphics through to cad-cam cut prototypes that help to visualise the final pack design. Many print options are available and our ability to print subtle half tones and flesh tones with photographic quality results in a powerful on-shelf presence.

It is very important that the quality of the final pack is never compromised. Therefore throughout the production process all finishing requirements are given careful consideration, including die-cutting, creasing, gluing, lock & tab closures and automatic or crash lock bases.
